A zafu cushion is a round, firm cushion traditionally used in Zen meditation. Our cushions are filled with organic cotton and are used to elevate the hips and provide support for the seated meditation posture. The word "zafu" comes from the Japanese, "za" meaning "seat" and "fu" meaning "cushion." Our cushion is filled with ethically sourced buckwheat hulls and organic cotton. These cushions also have a removable outer cover that can be washed. They come in different sizes, colors and eco-friendly materials.
